I hope this email finds you all well. 2018 is drawing to a close and it has been a tumultuous year for Jews all around the world. Our hope is for a more calm and tolerant 2019.

The attack on the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh in the USA that killed 11 worshippers on Shabbat left the Jewish world reeling. It certainly exposed rising anti-Semitism is not just in Europe but in the USA as well.
