Our DCCs across the country care for 15,000 infants and toddlers and our after-hours frameworks care for 3,000 infants and toddlers whose parents need additional child care hours, giving them the very best in education and love so that mothers can go to work to support their families.
Youth Villages and schools provide a loving home as well as excellent academic and social education for 5,500 students country wide, many of whom come from disadvantaged and at-risk backgrounds.
All branches across the country are run by more than 50,000 of volunteers and provide a wide variety of services and activities for kids, women and youth in the community.
The youth center is a safe and warm space where thousands of children and youth participate in after school enrichment programs, homework assistance, and extracurricular activities.
These Centers run programming for families from violent homes who choose to stay together while working to eliminate the abuse.
*In addition, WIZO operates two confidential shelters for battered women to remain safe while rebuilding their lives.
These projects enable thousands of Israeli youngsters to overcome their circumstances and find their future.
