History
- Founded on May 15, 1949 by a group of visionary women in order to promote cultural exchange between Hebrew women from Paraguay and Israel; intensify the social, cultural and economic knowledge between both countries.
- All WIZO members are volunteers, currently numbering 80
- Headquarters is in Asuncion, capital of the country
- Activities we carry out annually include Yom Yerushalayim community lunch, selling honey for Rosh Hashana, After-office for Friendship Day, merchandise sales

- We support the Invisible Children programs for children exposed to domestic violence

My vision as president is to maintain close links with World WIZO and all sister federations around the world to exchange experiences. To keep WIZO Paraguay active; work hard to open the WIZO Aviv group; work together with other federations to alleviate the needs of the most vulnerable sectors in Israel.
