History

  • WIZO Venezuela was created in 1942 and since then it has dedicated itself to collaborating to improve the well-being of children and the elderly and provide a better quality of life to those less fortunate.
  • WIZO Kadima was created in 1987.WIZO Venezuela works to fulfill the needs of the less fortunate sectors of Israeli society, and is present in those institutions that are dedicated to maintaining a better standard of living for their members.
  • WIZO carries out activities collaborating with the most needy institutions and our local community: WIZO Expo Mothers Bazaar, Collective Bat Mitzva, honey sale for Rosh Hashanah, we support the “Hertzl – Bialik” school and the Hebraica community club, we hold exhibitions and auctions of art and the “Mascaras for a smile” project.
  • Today we are an active group that keeps WIZO current in the community and continental framework.
